  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical or business field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in commodity management in a high-tech environment
  • 6+ years of experience in business or supply chain management, with a focus on data center equipment, infrastructure, or hardware supply chain and associated industries
  • Experience interfacing with internal and external partners in ambiguous and cross-functional environments, requiring broad judgment while coordinating people and technical resources
  • Understanding of should-cost modeling and trade-offs of make vs. buy for infrastructure equipmen
  • Experience analyzing complex data and making informed decisions
  • Demonstrated experience influencing, negotiating, building consensus, and making key decisions
  • Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance, including the use of cost models and objective-based performance measures
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
