Commercial Strategy Manager at Walt Disney Attractions Japan (WDAJ) to support Oriental Land Company (OLC) in strategy across Attractions and Entertainment Menu, Marketing, Pricing & Yield management, New Experiences, and Go to Market strategies. The role involves leveraging Disney Parks' experiences, local data, and strategic priorities to build recommendations, partnering with internal teams and OLC counterparts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Across functional areas (A&E Menu, New experiences, Pricing & Yield), participate in and exercise influence on strategic & planning processes
  2. Leverage other Disney Parks’s experiences, combined with local data (GSM, Target audiences insights) and key local strategic priorities, to build relevant recommendations
  3. Partner with Walt Disney Imagineering to recommend the most appropriate A&E Menu recommendation (choice of IP, type of experience, level of investment) to strengthen Disney Brand’s and TDR leadership position in the Market on the long term.
  4. Partner with Marketing Manager, Finance Manager and OLC counterparts to pro-actively draft go-to-market strategies recommendations that drive value for guests, OLC and Disney
  5. Be an exemplary representative of WDAJ Commercial Strategy when interfacing with both internal and external entities
