What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for Argentina Retail, including pipeline development, negotiations, and partnership execution with top grocery and retail brands
  2. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders at key retail partners
  4. Act as the primary commercial point of contact for strategic accounts, helping drive long-term growth and partnership success
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to design and execute joint business plans

Skills

Required

  • Experience in commercial, sales, account management, or related business roles
  • Experience managing complex negotiations with enterprise-level partners or strategic accounts
  • Experience leading, coaching, or developing commercial teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into action plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English
  • Experience managing revenue goals, business performance, or commercial targets
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments while balancing strategy and execution
