Commercial Vehicle Agency Specialist (remote)

This role focuses on building and managing relationships with commercial vehicle agencies to drive profitable sales and growth. It involves prospecting, qualifying, appointing, and managing agencies, analyzing sales performance, and meeting KPIs. The role also includes mentoring and supporting the team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serves as an advisor to leadership, providing insights, competitive intelligence and recommendations on agency performance, market dynamics, and strategic opportunities
  2. Analyzes sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimize territory performance, and inform decision-making
  3. Consistently exceeds agreed upon new business production, direct written premium, loss ratio goals, and other KPIs on an annual basis by effectively managing the agents of assigned agencies within the virtual market
  4. Terminates agents for lack of production, unprofitable results, or other cause
  5. Onboarding new hires and providing ongoing mentoring /coaching to support their development and performance
