What you'd actually do

  3. Own the month-end close process, including coordination of accruals with Controllers, and identification of risks and opportunities.
  4. Produce high-quality variance analysis and walk-forwards (expense and headcount), clearly linked to business drivers.
  5. Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Finance and Operations, building trusted, value-add relationships.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years’ experience in Finance, FP&A, or Business Management, including people leadership.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence, with confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong process discipline, and ability to operate with urgency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management across functions.
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and a proactive, results-driven approach, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
