RTX is seeking a Communication & Documentation Specialist for their Digital Identity Services team in Puerto Rico. This role involves creating and distributing communications, editing newsletters, updating standard work, and facilitating change management efforts. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical information into clear, user-focused content.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams—such as leadership, project managers, stakeholders, developers, vendors, and business units—to align messaging and capture project objectives within Communications.
  2. Analyze project requirements to create and distribute tailored communications—such as emails and newsletters—that translate complex technical information into clear, user‑focused content with effective messaging that enhances understanding of systems or processes.
  3. Edit and proofread email Communications and Newsletters to ensure accuracy and alignment to the project scope.
  4. Review and update the team’s Standard Work to ensure process accuracy while maintaining internal templates and distribution lists to consistently reach the intended audience.
  5. Own and facilitate change management efforts by developing detailed documentation and clear Communications that outline new processes, while adjusting Communications based on project/audience needs.

Skills

Required

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • Writing formal Communications
  • Organizational Change Management (OCM) concepts
  • Writing technical end user documentation
  • Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, and Visio)
