This role is for a Communications and Public Affairs professional within the Immunology, PAH, and Neuroscience (IPN) Business Unit at Johnson & Johnson's Janssen Japan. The primary focus is on developing and executing communication strategies to increase disease awareness, improve patient access to medicines, and build the company's reputation in the IPN space. The role also involves driving employee engagement, managing external partners and budgets, and providing strategic communication counsel to leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and deploy robust, innovative strategies to increase awareness of the disease areas in which our IPN business operates and to support helping more people in Japan access our medicines.
  2. Identify and develop strategies to drive employee engagement and support key change management initiatives across the business unit, working closely with the Senior Manager, Employee Engagement & Executive Communication, Janssen Japan to execute these plans.
  3. Provide strategic communication counsel, insights and guidance to the Vice President, IPN Janssen Japan and the business unit leadership team
  4. Actively represent Janssen Japan and engage with local cross-sector, regional and global teams across Johnson & Johnson and around the world
