This role is a Senior Manager/Manager in Corporate Communications with a digital focus at Eli Lilly, a global healthcare leader. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the strategic management and continuous improvement of the corporate website as a core owned media platform, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, timeliness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with corporate strategy and brand standards.
  2. Lead the planning, creation, and optimization of digital content across corporate digital channels, including website and social media, to effectively engage key target audiences such as media, the general public, patients, job seekers, and employees.
  3. Manage corporate social media channels, including content development, editorial planning, community management, and performance optimization, to support corporate reputation, brand positioning, and employer branding objectives.
  4. Oversee social media advertising initiatives, including campaign planning, budget management, execution, and performance analysis, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  5. Establish and enforce digital governance frameworks, including content guidelines, approval processes, and cross-functional coordination with global, regional, and local stakeholders.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate or digital communications
