Autodesk is looking for a Community Engagement Manager for their Media & Entertainment sector to drive company growth through meaningful engagement, brand advocacy, and authentic human experiences. This role involves collaborating with the M&E team to align community initiatives with business objectives, leveraging creators, influencers, and user-generated content to amplify narratives and deliver impactful industry experiences. The manager will act as a liaison between the community, industry marketing, and content studio, ensuring coordinated efforts and compelling storytelling yield significant results.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate closely with the M&E industry team to design and implement a results-driven community strategy and roadmap to accelerate industry engagement and growth. Develop and execute engagement initiatives that leverage emerging AI and LLM trends to foster, grow, and sustain a vibrant community of creators and influencers
  2. Drive content creation, curation, and management, including user-generated content (UGC), to enhance engagement and responsible stewardship within the community ecosystem
  3. Build a strong network of influencers, creators, and industry experts. Launch and manage structured programs (e.g., Ambassador cohorts, 'Expert Elites,' beta testers) to drive engagement and meaningful contributions. Mobilize creators to produce credible narratives, tutorials, discussions, and AMAs, highlighting expert voices through repeatable formats such as case studies and live events, to extend our presence across owned and third-party platforms where our customers naturally interact, such as Reddit, Discord, and other platforms
  4. Create frameworks to measure influence, credibility, support, and sentiment across industry segments, and provide monthly analytics to stakeholders, identifying emerging trends and opportunities
