This role is for a Community Growth Manager focused on building and scaling a campus program to make Lovable the default app-building tool for students. The responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, and retaining student champions, designing on-campus event playbooks, managing cohort operations, and expanding the program to new schools by building relationships with faculty and club leads.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Lovable Campus Leads Program end-to-end: recruiting, onboarding, activation, and retention of student champions
  2. Identify and hand-pick campus leads
  3. Design and run the on-campus event playbook
  4. Set expectations, keep leads activated, collect product feedback, and celebrate wins loudly
  5. Build the pipeline between campus leads and the broader ambassador program

Skills

Required

  • 3–6 years of experience in community-led growth, campus programs, developer relations, student marketing, or a startup role where you owned end-to-end programs
  • Deep familiarity with university ecosystems (entrepreneurship clubs, CS programs, design schools, hackathon culture) from having operated inside them, not just adjacent to them
  • Builder instincts
  • Strong operator with bias toward doing
  • Experience with event logistics, cohort programs, or ambassador-style communities
