What you'd actually do

  1. Design and execute our comprehensive community strategy, developing programs that serve diverse user segments
  2. Establish and grow regional chapters and vertical-based groups within the community
  3. Partner cross-functionally to ensure community initiatives align with product and go-to-market goals
  4. Help define and operationalize the long-term community strategy and how it ladders up to Ramp's brand, retention, and expansion goals
  5. Create engaging experiences including community events, educational content, and recognition initiatives such as a customer awards program
