Compensation Business Partner

Adobe is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to support the Creativity & Productivity organization. The role involves advising HR Business Partners and Managers on compensation philosophy and practices, measuring program effectiveness, and supporting compensation programs throughout the year, including the annual Rewards Planning process. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in compensation, particularly supporting technical talent, strong analytical and consulting skills, and experience with compensation surveys and pay range development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide compensation support to HR Business partners and managers in the Creativity & Productivity organization to solve compensation-related business challenges. Offer expertise to key collaborators including Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Rewards operations. You will play a key role throughout the year in supporting compensation programs for your client group and during the annual Rewards Planning process.
  2. Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
  3. Respond to Talent Acquisition offer inquiries as needed.

Skills

Required

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Compensation
  • supporting both Sales & Technical talent
  • Effective presenter capable of delivering data-driven insights clearly to different levels of management
  • Self-motivated to build the best final product/outcome for the business
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and consulting skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
