Stripe is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to implement and integrate compensation strategy, partnering with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and the Executive team. The role involves analyzing market data to ensure compensation alignment, communicating compensation programs, and applying user-centered design principles to processes. Requires 5+ years of experience in global compensation programs, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Implement Stripe’s rewards philosophy and principles in compensation related decisions and processes
  2. Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and the Executive team on all compensation matters
  3. Conduct analyses of market data in order to ensure compensation ranges are aligned to market and supporting the company’s people strategy
  4. Be data driven and stand for objectivity, independent decision taking, utmost credibility, and trustworthiness
  5. Ensure Stripe’s compensation programs are well communicated and understood across leadership, management, and individual contributors
