Stripe is seeking a Compensation Design & Programs Manager to shape and operate global compensation programs. This role involves supporting annual compensation cycles, conducting research for new policies, analyzing complex datasets, and partnering with various teams to ensure compensation programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and scalable. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of relevant compensation experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and knowledge of compensation best practices. Experience using AI to improve workflow efficiency is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the planning, execution, and administration of Stripe’s annual compensation cycle for employees globally
  2. Conduct research and analysis to inform new compensation policies, frameworks, and programs
  3. Analyze complex datasets, surface actionable insights, and build tools or models that improve quality, scale, and efficiency
  4. Partner with People Operations to configure and enhance compensation-related business processes, rule plans, compensation packages, and equity programs
  5. Collaborate with People Programs, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Learning & Development to align compensation programs with business goals and talent strategy
