Compensation Lead

This role is for a Compensation Lead within Adobe's Customer Solutions team, focusing on developing and managing global incentive compensation programs to drive business performance and profitability. It requires extensive finance and operations experience, with a background in sales compensation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist leading the Global Incentive Compensation team to define and drive central initiatives which result in improving business performance
  2. Develop performance indicators to assess the success of compensation programs, and present findings and proposed actions to Executive Leadership.
  3. Develop compensation builds that are both scalable and sensitive to different business requirements
  4. Participate in the development of the incentive compensation structure and philosophy across the entire organization
