What you'd actually do

  1. Perform quantitative analyses to assist Leadership with key projects
  2. Conduct market benchmarking to determine pay targets and support business growth
  3. Contribute to the research, design, and delivery of compensation programs
  4. Support international expansion and M&A initiatives
  5. Collaborate with the Recruiting team on offer escalations and process optimization

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years experience on Compensation teams
  • Experience with compensation programs, benchmarking, and market pricing
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights
  • Comfort working in a ultra fast paced environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with Radford and Pave is a plus
  • Understanding of international compensation practices and regulatory environments
  • Experience with pre-IPO equity programs
  • Familiarity with AI tools
