What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct detailed market and internal analyses to benchmark salaries, bonuses, and incentive plans against industry standards.

  3. Collaborate in the administration of annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles, ensuring timely and accurate execution across regions.
  4. Create and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations that highlight compensation trends, effectiveness, and ROI.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in compensation analysis
