This role focuses on compensation strategy, incentive plan design, and data analytics within Boeing's Global Compensation organization. It involves consulting on compensation programs, conducting market analysis, and participating in the annual compensation review process.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide subject matter expertise to consult on compensation strategy and design including incentive plans design
  2. Conduct benchmarking. Analyze metrics and consult on incentive design (market comparison, cost commitment, and annual spend)
  3. Responsible for partnering with other stakeholders to critically evaluate compensation programs to improve business results and recommending plan revisions
  4. Participate in the design and development of annual incentive plans during Boeing’s annual compensation review
