This role focuses on developing and executing long-term partnership strategies to drive enterprise growth within the Direct Sales team. It involves orchestrating complex deal structures, leveraging financial and operational expertise, and collaborating with various teams to close high-value opportunities and foster strategic relationships. The role aims to enhance T-Mobile's market position and support business expansion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops and executes long-term partnership strategies to drive enterprise growth and maximize mutual benefit for T-Mobile and its partners.
  2. Orchestrates complex deal structures to ensure seamless navigation and closure of high-value opportunities within targeted accounts.
  3. Works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Implementation, and other Teams to turn strategy, solutions, and requirements to qualify, navigate and close complex deals.
  4. Leverages financial and operational expertise to establish clear paths to closure on strategic accounts.
  5. Partners with Product Marketing to create tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each sales segment.
