Product Owner for a Component Content Management System (CCMS) to lead its global marketing rollout. This role involves platform setup, configuration, user onboarding, content migration, and establishing governance. It aims to shift from page-based to structured, reusable, AI-ready components to improve content consistency, discoverability, and reusability across channels, ultimately driving operational efficiency and ROI within Caterpillar's Content Supply Chain strategy. The role also defines the integration of AI into content workflows for authoring assistance and automation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead enterprise onboarding and adoption of the CCMS, ensuring teams understand how to create, manage, and reuse content components effectively.
  2. Define and own the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the CCMS platform.
  3. Own the end‑to‑end migration strategy from legacy, unstructured content into the CCMS including scope, sequencing, and phased transition approach.
  4. Support the enterprise adoption of DITA-based structured authoring.
  5. Define the role of AI in content workflows to support authoring assistance and automation.
