What you'd actually do

  1. Own and manage the CRetail program budget, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment
  2. Plan and execute key sales cycles and promotions including Gamer Days, Back to School, and Black Friday campaigns
  3. Manage end-to-end CRetail program operations including account onboarding, contract setup, and program terms
  4. Perform hands-on analysis of sales-out data to identify trends and produce regular performance reports
  5. Lead cross-functional stakeholder management across sales, marketing, finance, legal, and regional teams

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, analytics, or a related field or 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, analytics, sales operations, business process design, or supply chain management
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven track record managing through ambiguity
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with executive-level presentation abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail with results-oriented focus

  • Problem-solving excellence with synthesizing complex information into clear messages
