Boeing is seeking Composite Fabrication Specialists for its 787 production system in North Charleston, SC. This role involves interpreting drawings, following work instructions, and performing various fabrication tasks in a manufacturing assembly environment. Responsibilities include adhering to safety and quality standards, using hand tools and diagnostic equipment, applying chemical solvents, and inspecting work. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work variable shifts, with a focus on compliance with safety, quality, and export control regulations.

  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical, or mechanical field
  • 3+ years of CNC experience
  • 3+ years of experience with conventional material layup, precision measuring, power, pneumatic and hand tools
