  3. Drive innovation in the digital imaging and creative AI space, seeking opportunities to adopt an AI-first approach to improve Photoshop's generative capabilities.
  4. Use modern tools, platforms, and standard methodologies across the SDLC — including model integration pipelines, evaluation frameworks, automation, and observability — to improve system efficiency and developer productivity.
  5. Perform thoughtful, constructive code and build reviews, emphasizing quality, scalability, and responsible AI practices.
