Condition Monitoring Advisors

This role involves monitoring equipment condition using various data sources (fluid analysis, inspections, electronic data, repair history, site conditions) to provide recommendations to dealers and customers. The goal is to lower costs, improve availability, and reduce warranty costs, ultimately increasing customer loyalty and service sales. The role requires aggregating and correlating condition monitoring data, maintaining expertise in at least three elements of condition monitoring, and preparing reports.

What you'd actually do

  1. Aggregate and correlate the five elements of condition monitoring, where all are available.
  2. Maintains working knowledge for each of the condition monitoring five elements with subject matter expertise in at least 3 elements.
  3. Provides equipment recommendations to Caterpillar dealers and customers.
  4. Uses enabling software tools & systems to prioritize and analyze condition monitoring data inputs.
  5. Prepares standard written reports of recommendations for customers and their Caterpillar dealers _on a daily or monthly basis_.
