What you'd actually do

  1. Configure Oracle Health Drug File systems for external client project implementations. (Note: This position is specific to the VA Federal Contract.)
  2. Assist in the preparation and structuring of data for system configuration.
  3. Coordinate with the internal project team to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines, and updates, and verify configuration requests.
  4. Escalate reported configuration issues for timely resolution.
  5. Balance configuration ownership across multiple clients, ensuring high standards and adherence to project deadlines.
