Configuration Associate – Tulip

This entry-level role supports the development, configuration, and localization of global manufacturing applications on the Tulip platform, aiming to eliminate paper-based processes. The associate will contribute across the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements, configuration, validation, deployment, and support, while adhering to GxP and data integrity principles. The role also involves exploring AI-assisted development and AI/automation use cases to advance paperless manufacturing goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and configure Tulip global applications/app templates in accordance with Lilly's global configuration standards for Tulip and regulatory-compliant development practices.
  2. Support localization of global app templates at manufacturing sites, working closely with site teams and global process owners to adapt applications to local needs while maintaining global alignment.
  3. Perform all development activities in accordance with GxP and data integrity principles.
  4. Resolve L2/L3 support tickets related to Tulip applications; escalate appropriately and contribute to knowledge base documentation as needed.
  5. Contribute to developer experience initiatives, including AI-assisted development and automation tooling.

Skills

Required

  • Experience and/or knowledge of manufacturing shop floor execution – processes, workflows, common challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills — comfortable working with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
