This role focuses on configuring and supporting software applications within a customer support organization.   1. Provide Level 2 customer support for technical and functional issues via phone and electronic channels
  2. Conduct scope assessment, gather requirements, and configure application solutions
  3. Execute change management procedures and validate configuration accuracy through workflow testing
  4. Troubleshoot software defects, for ongoing support activities post-implementation
  5. Deliver consultation on best practices and configuration standards across solutions
