Connectivity Integration Lead, Data Center Infrastructure

This role is for a Connectivity Integration Lead in Meta's Data Center Infrastructure team. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide support to Site Teams for the planning, procurement, and execution of the connectivity scope, from installation commencement to Server Ready dates and through the transition to Operational Partners
  2. Ensure clear, concise, and timely communication to the broader organization regarding any impact on capacity delivery, correctly elevating issues for awareness and escalating as needed for leadership action
  3. Drive the embedment and design integration of new and existing connectivity systems across the program/portfolio
  4. Contribute significantly to the Preconstruction planning for New Build and Retrofit projects
  5. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Delivery, Network Hardware, Infrastructure Enablement, Edge Network Services, and others, to drive cohesive program execution

Required

  • Experience in creating and driving strategic initiatives across a global portfolio
  • Experience communicating technical decisions and project status to cross-functional teams and leadership through presentations and written proposals
  • experience negotiating scope, timelines, and contracts with internal and external stakeholders to resolve competing demands based on impact and deadlines
  • Ability to reprioritize work across multiple sites in response to shifting business needs, communicating changes and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing the delivery of quality structured cabling installations in hyperscale data centers
  • Experience in training and mentoring others on technologies, installation methods, products, and processes
  • 8+ years of experience in structured cabling, including managing vendors in hyperscale data centers, large-scale construction, and/or other related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience in leading deployments of Network/Structured cabling infrastructure at scale
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Proven skills and understanding of hyperscale network topology and design principles
  • 8+ years of experience in structured cabling installation, data center development, and/or construction management experience
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience managing IT or IP network deployment projects in a mission-critical environment, requiring coordination across multiple disciplines for the delivery of a common goal
