Connectivity Program Manager

This role leads New Product Introduction for customer and dealer-facing Connectivity Solutions, including defining functional requirements for In-Cab Cat AI Assistant products, collaborating with suppliers, defining technology roadmaps, driving engineering execution, and coordinating stakeholder communication. The role also involves evaluating and deploying new digital technologies and solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Facilitating the development and support of Connectivity products through collaboration with development partners including Cat Technology, Cat Digital, Industry Groups, and purchasing.
  2. Ensuring the NPI program meets all goal requirements for product function, reliability, program cost, budget, and customer satisfaction
  3. Communicate the status of program/project to stakeholders and customers in clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  4. Accountable for the definition and management of functional requirements.
  5. Developing and tracking annual budgets and program life-time forecasts related to product development and programs.
