This role is for a Senior Consolidated Systems Monitoring Administrator supporting government clients, requiring 24x7 monitoring of server and network operations, troubleshooting, and ticket management. It involves maintaining system availability and documentation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide 24 x 7 monitoring support to Client/Server and Network Operations.
  2. All candidates must work a rotating panama schedule.
  3. Take appropriate action to maintain system availability.
  4. Analyze system anomalies, perform initial troubleshooting, generate and route Maximo tickets to the appropriate service providers for timely work-off.
  5. Maintain current and accurate logs, accurately documenting all system outages and pertinent follow-up information as required.
