What you'd actually do

  1. Provide engineering solutions and breakthroughs to enable and deliver tool install construction projects to meet cost, schedule, duration and productivity target goals set by the corporation.
  2. Leverage subject matter experts throughout Intel in the areas of Construction Management, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Quantity Surveying, Off-Site Manufacturing, Finance, and Digital Transformation to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
  3. Influence change across key internal stakeholders with compelling data.
  4. Subject matter expert responsible for providing technical guidance to the Fab Construction Enterprise.
  5. Build and drive safety culture of caring in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering with focus on structural and fundamental knowledge of civil and architectural. 4+ years of experience in design of large scale, complex, technical facilities, and equipment installation in high tech industries. Registration as Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Master's degree in civil or structural engineering with focus on structural and fundamental knowledge of civil and architectural. 3+ years of experience in design of large scale, complex, technical facilities, and equipment installation in high tech industries. Registration as Professional Engineer (PE).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity one or multiple codes related to structural discipline including but not limited to IBC, ASCE or EU,SEMI or international equivalent, etc.
  • Familiarity with design and construction specifications.
  • Experience with 2D CAD or 3D Modeling Software (eg AutoCAD Inventor SolidWorks Revit), RISA.
  • Previous experience with collecting required date and writing whitepapers, seeking buyoff from stakeholders, and implementing technical changes.
