Visa is seeking a Consultant, Client Success to provide operational and technical support for clients of Visa Direct Cross Border. This role involves troubleshooting, project management, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate money movement solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide technical client troubleshooting support and project management support to portfolio of ~70 WU Accounts; effectively manage time & prioritize efforts towards strategic accounts; identify opportunities to service accounts at scale
  2. Coordinate internal processes related to client account management and help address and resolve account-related inquiries and issues, including billing and invoicing processes and compliance-related activities
  3. Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews of client portfolio to identify growth potential and proactively address attrition risks
  4. Assist in coordination of contract renewals
  5. Provide ad hoc analysis as requested
