Consultant, Client Success

Visa is seeking a Consultant, Client Success to provide expertise on Consumer and Value-Added Services. The role involves analyzing client data to optimize performance, accelerate implementations, and recover lost deals. This individual contributor will collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure successful delivery and service of Visa products and solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and drive business objectives and client engagement, measuring, prioritizing and communicating delivery as necessary.
  2. Drive successful outcomes from an assigned set of opportunities for optimization, acceleration, and recovery of client usage of Visa products
  3. Ensure Client operational goals and success metrics for the product landscape are understood.
  4. Foster and sustain trusted partnerships with internal Account Team members by aligning on the forward-looking relationship strategy and optimization opportunities and executing against Client Success Plans.
  5. Drive and deliver initiatives to improve client adoption of products and use of Visa’s self-service tools.
