Visa is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support client and partner implementations in the payments technology sector. The role involves managing end-to-end implementation activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project execution. The consultant will work with clients, processors, issuers, acquirers, and internal teams to identify requirements, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that meet business and technical needs. This role requires strong execution discipline, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a complex organization, contributing to continuous improvement of implementation processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Five or more years of experience in payments, financial services, technology consulting, or implementation and project delivery roles
  • Proven experience supporting client implementations, onboarding, or integrations within complex, multi stakeholder environments
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems including issuers, acquirers, processors, and network operations
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in fast paced, client facing environments
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working cross functionally with product, technology, operations, and sales teams
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Nice to have

  • Experience in the Colombian or Andean market
  • Portuguese is a plus
