It involves ownership of delivery governance, onboarding strategy, and escalation management, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to enhance the onboarding experience and platform adoption. The role requires deep experience with API-driven solutions and operating in regulated environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead complex client onboardings and implementations with multiple dependencies or regulatory constraints.
  2. Act as trusted advisor on how clients can best leverage the platform and APIs to meet requirements.
  3. Lead advanced platform and API demos, including deep dives into capabilities, patterns, and limitations.
  4. Guide resolution of complex client issues, escalations, and ambiguous problems.
  5. Own delivery governance, onboarding strategy, and escalation management.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of work experience with an Advanced degree
  • Experience leading complex delivery, onboarding, or implementation engagements
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Lead through ambiguity
  • Deep experience with API-driven or platform-based solutions

Nice to have

  • 8+ years of experience leading complex delivery, onboarding, or implementation engagements
  • 4+ years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience with a PhD
