This role supports client onboarding and implementation engagements for the Pismo platform, focusing on delivery activities across the implementation lifecycle in the LATAM region. It involves client-facing responsibilities, collaboration with project managers and technical teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality implementations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support implementation and onboarding activities including kick off preparation, requirements support, configuration support, testing, go‑live readiness, and handover
  2. Execute assigned delivery tasks and track progress against project plans
  3. Assist with documentation such as requirements, action logs, risks, and status updates
  4. Support customer readiness activities including access setup, environment prerequisites, and certification preparation
  5. Participate in customer and internal workshops and working sessions
