This role supports the global leadership team of Visa's Case Investigations & Enforcement (CIE) team, focusing on strategic planning, initiative design and implementation, and managing business requirements for the CIE technology portfolio. The individual will partner with various teams to ensure consistent enforcement of Visa's rules and fraud disciplines, manage OKRs, and facilitate leadership alignment. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, creating presentations, managing initiative intake and tracking, defining business requirements, and ensuring adherence to project management principles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the creation of annual strategic plans and materials to support the CIE leadership team, and associated business integration plans to include financial budget management.
  2. Lead creation of Power Point materials for various business updates such as: Town halls, executive leadership presentations, partner and stakeholder updates, monthly OKR progress, etc.
  3. Facilitate leadership alignment and collaboration by driving clarity across operations, risk technology, and program management workstreams.
  4. Develop and maintain program initiative intake and tracking infrastructure, along with associated initiative progress tracking and status updates at various levels of the organization
  5. Create and manage centralized business requirements for CIE technology portfolio, including intake, prioritization, oversight of requirements development to align to future state and partnership with product partners through the end-to-end lifecycle
