Visa is seeking a Consultant - SA (Program Management) to oversee the certification process for Payment Facilitators (PF) in the CEMEA region. This role involves managing projects, mitigating risks, facilitating communication between stakeholders, providing remediation guidance, and handling contract administration and invoicing. The position is within the Payfac Partnership team and requires experience in program management, risk management, and contract management, preferably within the payment industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee the certification process for Payment Facilitators (PF) in the CEMEA region, ensuring projects are well-managed and stakeholders are effectively communicated with.
  2. Facilitate discussions and actions related to risk management, working closely with Risk Managers and Compliance teams to ensure PFs' risk management capabilities are adequately addressed in the certification process.
  3. Serve as the primary liaison between PFs, internal teams, and third-party stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of certification requirements.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to review certification packages for completeness and compliance, providing guidance to PFs on necessary remediation actions.
  5. Handle the contracting process and oversee invoicing related to the certification program, ensuring all necessary agreements and legal documents are in place.

What the JD emphasized

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • At least 3+ years of experience in program management, preferably within the payment industry or a high-volume process management environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of risk management principles and their application in a business context.
  • Proficiency in contract management to handle agreements and invoicing with Payfacs.
