What you'd actually do

  1. This role is primarily responsible for data analysis, KPI ownership, and executive‑level reporting for the Go‑to‑Market Services (GTMS) organization within Client Services in the CEMEA region, with additional responsibilities supporting product enablement workstream for Service Experience team under GTMS as required.
  2. The reporting component of the role supports GTMS and Client Services leadership by delivering high‑quality, actionable insights, leveraging data sourced from both enterprise systems and team inputs.
  3. The role serves as the single point of contact for GTMS KPI management and performance reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all leadership views.
  4. In addition to reporting responsibilities, this role supports Service Experience Product Enablement Services, with a specific focus on newly enabled or evolving Visa solutions.
  5. Operating as an individual contributor, the role addresses complex problems through strategic analysis, cross‑functional collaboration, and innovative solution design.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles within financial services, payments, or technology‑driven environments
  • Demonstrated experience owning KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and executive‑level dashboards for senior leadership audiences
  • Experience in project management within retail banking, card schemes, or new technologies applicable to the payments industry.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Good working knowledge of payment processing systems, including message routing, authorization, clearing and settlement, and client connectivity.
  • Strong working knowledge of card payment systems, digital products and services, and API / SDK technologies, gained through experience supporting clients within a payment‑processing environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency, analytics, documentation, and client implementations.
  • Expert knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Copilot).
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and competing priorities.
  • The candidate must be based in Cairo, Egypt; the ability to speak and write English fluently is required.
