This role serves as a technical liaison for Cybersource clients, focusing on service implementation, production support, and client relationship management within Visa's payment technology domain. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing client training, staying updated on industry trends, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations like PCI DSS. The role requires strong technical and communication skills, experience with web technologies and APIs, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and risk management solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  2. Partner with Sales to build relationships with technical and business contacts across the account portfolio.
  3. Manage and troubleshoot escalated technical problems, interfacing with Product Development, Product Management and Operations teams
  4. Provide technical training and support to clients, helping them maximize the value of the company's payment solutions.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on industry standards and regulations pertaining to digital payments and commerce, ensuring compliance and security for clients

Skills

Required

  • 4 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experienced with web-based (PHP, Python, .NET, JavaScript, etc.), mobile (iOS, Android) programming languages and APIs in general (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, Postman as tool).
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a client-facing or technical support role is preferred.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, shopping cart technologies, risk management solutions and/ or payment service providers is a plus.
  • Understanding of Web Security, TLS, HTTPS, Hash algorithms.
  • Familiarity with PCI DSS.
  • Knowledge of data visualization platforms (Grafana, Splunk, Kibana).
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
