What you'd actually do

  1. Lead consulting workstreams end‑to‑end, from problem definition through to delivery of high‑quality, client‑ready outputs.
  2. Own client interactions, including planning and facilitating workshops, interviews, and senior stakeholder discussions.
  3. Translate complex analysis and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that address client objectives and drive measurable performance improvement.
  4. Shape and review compelling deliverables, ensuring strong storylines, clarity, and executive‑level communication.
  5. Develop project materials such as workshop content, interview guides, data requirements, and consulting frameworks.
