Consulting Project Technical Manager

Oracle Oracle · Enterprise · United States

Project Technical Manager role focused on managing complex, multi-site deployments within the healthcare sector, ensuring delivery quality, timeliness, and compliance with contractual requirements. Requires strong project management skills, financial management, resource management, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on training delivery and certification operations for external clients, potentially within regulated environments. Requires US Citizenship and ability to obtain government clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end project management operations across large-scale, multi-site deployments (hospitals/clinics), ensuring delivery quality, timeliness, and compliance with contractual requirements.
  2. Manage day-to-day execution against task orders: scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and acceptance criteria; ensure adherence to Oracle methodologies, policies, and governance.
  3. Lead certification execution planning (requirements, dependencies, milestones, readiness criteria) and drive cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders (delivery, design, product, compliance, finance) and VA counterparts.
  4. Direct resourcing strategy and execution for internal and external trainers/certification staff, including demand planning, onboarding/readiness, utilization, backfill planning, and schedule optimization.
  5. Oversee time and expense planning and controls for assigned efforts; validate estimates, monitor burn, reconcile forecast vs. actuals, and implement corrective actions to address variances.
