Visa is seeking a Consulting Senior Manager to identify and lead client projects, design performance solutions, and develop models. The role involves client interviewing, analytical review, report writing, and providing subject matter expertise in areas like portfolio strategy and loyalty programs. The candidate will also define project scope, collect and analyze client data, synthesize findings, and recommend solutions. This position requires strong skills in project management, data analysis, and client facilitation, with experience in the payments industry and statistical analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and surface opportunities for client projects and submit for inclusion into plans.
  2. Design performance solutions to client requirements, striving for innovative and efficient approaches.
  3. Undertake client projects, including project road mapping, client interviewing, analytical review of inputs, structuring of recommendations, report writing.
  4. Bring deep subject matter expertise to bear in undertaking engagements such as portfolio strategy, portfolio diagnostics, and Acquisition and Loyalty program health checks.
  5. Create, develop and maintain models, contribute to IP creation and standardized VCA offerings.

Skills

Required

  • English and French written and verbal skills
  • retail banking, card issuing or consulting to retail banks experience
  • payment card portfolio management and cardholder marketing understanding
  • card issuers’ P&L and critical factors understanding
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • MBA or graduate degree preferred

  • Some consulting experience preferred

What the JD emphasized
