We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to support our global consulting sales practice for Customer Technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Customer-to-Meter (C2M), Meter Data Management (MDM), and related Oracle cloud services.
As a recognized authority, you will partner with consulting sales teams in North America to develop and review consulting proposals, define solution strategies, and support customer engagements. You will work directly with customers, implementation teams, and partners to align solution scope, approach, and architecture with business objectives and desired outcomes.
In addition to pre-sales responsibilities, you will serve in billable consulting roles, providing solution assessments, strategic advisory services, and early project-phase guidance. This includes supporting solution design, planning, and readiness activities to prepare Oracle and client teams for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support US consulting sales teams in solution development and bid reviews.
- Lead customer-facing solution strategy, architecture, and scope definition activities.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Customer Technology applications and cloud services, including CC&B, C2M, and MDM.
- Conduct solution assessments and deliver advisory services during project initiation and planning phases.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, and implementation teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Help prepare Oracle and client teams for upcoming implementation phases through planning and readiness activities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
