Expedia Group is seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to lead research and deliver actionable insights for brand and business strategies. This role involves end-to-end primary research (qualitative and quantitative), synthesizing complex data into compelling narratives, and influencing senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of experience in consumer/market research and strong stakeholder management skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end primary research (quantitative and qualitative), from framing the problem and designing the approach through analysis, storytelling, and activation of insights
  2. Support a wide range of ad hoc qual and quant research needs across brands and business lines, flexing between brand, product, marketing, and broader business questions
  3. Serve as a Center of Excellence for business and brand insights, helping define best practices, frameworks, and playbooks for how we measure, learn, and act on traveler insights
  4. Assume ownership for syndicated and subscription-based insights services
  5. Independently manage vendor and partner relationships
