This role focuses on connecting Consumer Investments clients with banking solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, providing subject matter expertise on financial solutions, and recommending appropriate bank products and services. What you'd actually do

  1. Partners with Consumer Investments call center advisors and relationship managers to educate and deepen on bank sales opportunities for personal banking needs
  2. Works with Consumer Investments clients to deepen relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best bank products, services, and solutions to meet those needs
  3. Responds to general customer inquiries, navigate complex situations and providing problem resolution for client concerns
  4. Sells and fulfills banking products including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificate of Deposits (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs)
  5. Quotes rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions with 100% accuracy
  6. Manages risk in every business, product, and service transaction by consistently leveraging available tools and resources
