This role is for a Consumer Product Growth Manager at PayPal, focusing on driving consumer strategy, commercial results, and product performance for the Italian, French, and Spanish markets. The individual will unify PayPal consumer experiences, own strategy, roadmap, and delivery, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth and deliver a best-in-class experience. Key responsibilities include designing portfolio strategy, coordinating initiatives, managing escalations, collaborating on priorities, researching opportunities, managing partnerships, and setting strategic direction for product experience and business metrics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and define the portfolio strategy for an identified country, supporting the execution of local product priorities, and analyzing and interpreting product performance.
  2. Implement hands-on execution coordination of local and global cross functional initiatives.
  3. Manage process escalations to remove obstacles for the strategy execution while proposing and supporting change implementation to strategy
  4. Collaborate and define priorities based on global commercial product strategy
  5. Research new opportunities and establish and negotiate new partnerships
