Peloton is seeking a Consumer Sales and Lead Generation Specialist for their Australian team. This hybrid role involves field-based brand activation and direct sales execution, managing the full sales cycle from qualification to closing. Responsibilities include proactive outbound prospecting, converting inbound leads, educating customers, maintaining Salesforce records, partnering with marketing for events, capturing and qualifying leads, cultivating business relationships, facilitating product trials, and reporting on event/sales ROI. Requires 3+ years of B2C/DTC sales or SDR experience, a flexible schedule, strong rapport-building skills, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and creative problem-solving.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the entire sales journey, from proactive outbound prospecting (calls, email, chat) to converting inbound inquiries and closing deals
  2. Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer needs and delivering expert product education that turns prospects into lifelong Members
  3. Maintain impeccable records in Salesforce to ensure a transparent, high-performing pipeline and accurate forecasting
  4. Partner with Marketing to plan and execute high-energy pop-ups and local activations, ensuring every brand touchpoint is world-class
  5. Implement creative strategies to capture and qualify high-intent leads on-site, feeding them instantly into the sales funnel

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of success in high-touch sales or SDR roles
  • Proven track record of smashing targets in a B2C/DTC environment
  • Ability to travel and work a variable schedule (including weekends and evenings)
