Visa is seeking a Consumer Solutions Manager in Germany to drive growth in consumer cards and value-added services. This role involves aligning product initiatives with client needs, tailoring product propositions, and supporting account executives in winning new business. The manager will lead product-related projects, contribute to RFP strategies, and partner with the sales team to increase revenue and market share. A strong understanding of payment systems, core products, and digital payment solutions is required, along with excellent presentation and client engagement skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Tailor Visa product and solutions to client’s needs. This includes developing compelling presentations tailored to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating strategic initiatives and product value
  2. Lead product-related projects and client workshops, ensuring tailored solutions that address client challenges and market opportunities
  3. Support and actively contribute to the development of effective win strategies for Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  4. Managing the product sales planning process, based on identifying opportunities for value creation and sales of Visa products with the understanding of client’s challenges and goals
  5. Partner with Sales team to develop and execute account strategies, objectives and plans to increase revenue and market share
