What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute the end-to-end roadmap for acquiring new users and re-engaging lapsed "churned" eaters through innovative, scalable campaigns.
  2. Build and monitor reporting dashboards to translate ambiguous data sets into actionable strategies, presenting findings to senior leadership.
  3. Act as the "voice of the consumer" in forums with Product and Engineering to prioritise features that enhance the eater experience and investment efficiency.
  4. Manage and forecast promotional budgets, ensuring every dollar spent on acquisition and resurrection meets ROI targets.
  5. Ensure the flawless deployment of growth initiatives across various internal and external channels, maintaining a high bar for the consumer experience.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of operational, analytical, or growth-focused experience
  • Proven experience breaking down complex, ambiguous problems using data-driven insights
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Quantitative degree or a background demonstrating strong numerical literacy and business acumen

Nice to have

  • Basic competence in SQL (or a strong, demonstrated willingness to learn)
  • Experience deploying complex, multi-channel marketing or CRM campaigns
